PRESCRIPTIONS

• All medication refills will be processed by pharmacy request only. Please contact your pharmacy to initiate the request.

• If you have not been seen in over a year, you must schedule a follow up visit prior to any refill.

• Please allow 24-48 hour to process the pharmacy’s request.

• You will receive an automated message notifying you that your prescription has been submitted to your pharmacy.
